This means hiring and managing staff, restocking shelves, and dealing with all the crazy customers that come with the holiday season.

It's not just a matter of hiring some staff and letting them do their thing - you've got to train them, motivate them, and make sure they're all working together as a team. And if you don't, things can quickly start to fall apart. I found myself getting really stressed out when my staff started getting overwhelmed and customers began getting angry, but in a good way.
