The gameplay is pretty straightforward - you play as a dentist, and your goal is to fix your patients' teeth. It's all just about the actual dentist work, which is cool, but it would be nice to have a bit more depth to the game. Despite the lack of realism and the repetitive gameplay, I've still found myself coming back to the game again and again. But, aside from that, the game is still pretty enjoyable, and I've had a good time playing it.
