Good Sort Review & Gameplay Guide

I just spent the last few hours playing Good Sort, and I've got to say, it's been a wild ride. At first, I was a bit skeptical about the whole concept - I mean, a game all about sorting objects into different categories doesn't exactly sound like the most exciting thing in the world. But, I've been proven wrong time and time again by games that seemed boring at first glance, so I decided to give it a shot. And, I'm glad I did, because Good Sort is actually really addicting.

The gameplay is pretty simple - you're presented with a bunch of objects, and you've got to sort them into the correct categories. It sounds easy, but trust me, it gets challenging fast. The objects get progressively harder to categorize, and the time limit starts to sneak up on you. I found myself getting more and more frantic as the levels went on, trying to sort everything before time ran out. It's a really great feeling, though - that sense of urgency and panic that comes with trying to beat the clock. And, when you finally do manage to sort everything correctly, it's super satisfying.

One thing that I really like about Good Sort is the variety of objects you have to sort. It's not just your run-of-the-mill shapes and colors - you've got all sorts of weird and wonderful things to deal with. I mean, who wouldn't want to sort a bunch of vintage typewriters into different categories, or categorize a selection of obscure fruits and vegetables? It's little touches like these that make the game feel really unique and interesting. And, the graphics are pretty great too - everything is bright and colorful, and the animations are really smooth.

But, as much as I'm enjoying Good Sort, there are a few things that are starting to get on my nerves. For one thing, the levels can get a bit repetitive - you're basically doing the same thing over and over again, just with slightly different objects. And, the difficulty curve can be a bit wonky at times - I've had levels where I felt like I was just breezing through, and then suddenly I'd hit a wall and struggle to get anything sorted. It's not a huge deal, but it can be a bit frustrating at times.

Despite these minor complaints, though, I'm still having a really great time with Good Sort. It's a game that's perfect for playing in short bursts - you can easily pick it up and play for a few minutes, and then put it down again when you need to. And, it's actually really good for your brain, too - all that sorting and categorizing is like a little workout for your cognitive skills. So, if you're looking for a fun and challenging game to play, I'd definitely recommend giving Good Sort a try. Just be prepared for a few frustrating moments, and you'll be golden.

Overall, I'm really glad I decided to give Good Sort a shot. It's a game that's all about the simple things in life - sorting objects, beating the clock, and feeling a sense of satisfaction when you finally manage to get everything just right. It's not the most complex or sophisticated game out there, but it's definitely a lot of fun. And, who knows - you might just find yourself getting hooked on the whole sorting thing. I know I did, and I'm still playing hours later.
