The Hardest Game in World and Ever Review & Gameplay Guide
I just spent the last few hours playing The Hardest Game in World and Ever, and I'm still trying to process the emotions I'm feeling right now. To be honest, I'm a mix of frustration, anger, and a hint of satisfaction. This game is no joke, it's like the developers took all the hardest parts of every game I've ever played and mashed them together into one big ball of rage-inducing difficulty. I mean, the name isn't lying, this game is seriously the hardest thing I've ever tried to play.
At first, I thought it was just going to be another one of those stupidly hard platformers that I could breeze through with a little patience and practice. But no, this game is on a whole different level. The levels are ridiculously long, with like a million different obstacles and enemies trying to kill you at every turn. And don't even get me started on the checkpoint system, or should I say, the lack thereof. I swear, I must have died like 50 times on the same level, and each time I had to restart from the very beginning. It was infuriating, to say the least.
But despite all the frustration and anger I felt while playing, I have to admit that there's something kind of satisfying about finally beating a level. It's like this huge weight is lifted off your shoulders, and you feel like you've accomplished something truly impressive. And the game does have a certain charm to it, the graphics are pretty cute and the music is catchy, even if it does get stuck in your head after a while. I found myself humming the theme song for hours after I stopped playing, which is either a testament to how catchy it is or a sign of how traumatized I am from playing the game.
One thing that really annoyed me, though, was the lack of any real storyline or plot. I mean, I get it, this is just a hard platformer, but it would be nice to have some kind of narrative to drive the gameplay forward. As it is, you're just kind of running and jumping through levels for no real reason, which gets old after a while. And the controls could be a bit tighter, there were a few times where I felt like I was pressing the jump button, but my character just wouldn't respond. It's not a huge deal, but it's just one of those little things that can make a big difference in a game like this.
I'm not going to lie, I'm not sure if I'll ever be able to beat this game. I mean, I've only made it through like 5 levels, and I'm already feeling burned out. But at the same time, I feel like I need to see it through to the end, just to prove to myself that I can do it. I guess that's the real appeal of a game like this, it's not just about having fun, it's about challenging yourself and pushing your skills to the limit. So, if you're a glutton for punishment like me, and you're looking for a game that will really put your skills to the test, then The Hardest Game in World and Ever might be the game for you.
Overall, I'd say that The Hardest Game in World and Ever is a game that's definitely not for everyone. It's frustrating, it's difficult, and it's downright infuriating at times. But if you're up for the challenge, and you're willing to put in the time and effort required to beat it, then you might just find it to be a rewarding experience. For me, I'm going to keep playing, if only to see how far I can make it before I throw my controller across the room in frustration. Wish me luck, I'm going to need it.
